Before

A growing academy, run on Excel and WhatsApp. Everything depended on memory: if something didn’t go into the sheet right away, it slipped. The more players joined, the harder it got to stay on top of payments, and a few trained before paying.

What we built

EnrollmentEvery player, parent and age group in one place, with tournament records.

Billing11 cycles a season, monthly or term plans, mid-cycle joiners priced automatically. Nobody trains unpaid.

AttendanceCoaches mark sessions on their phone. Unpaid players are flagged. An alert after three missed sessions.

CommunicationOne tap to WhatsApp or email any family or group.

RolesAdmins see everything. Coaches see attendance only, never payments or IDs.

What changed
